How much will I earn for each receipt?

You will earn a £0.10 reward for each approved receipt you upload - no more receipt minimum and you can still earn up to £5 per month. Receipt rewards will be periodically updated.

How do I participate in receipt sharing?

Space is limited for receipt sharing. Check the app to see if you are eligible. If we don't have a spot for you now, we'll notify you if one becomes available.

What types of receipts are eligible for rewards?

Most receipts for purchases made within the past 30 days are eligible, including those from retailers (such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and department stores) and entertainment outlets (such as restaurants, cinemas, and theme parks). Receipts from Amazon.co.uk and other Amazon stores including Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh are not eligible. Receipts for gambling, mortgage and rent, transport, school tuition fees or childcare, medical expenses, and legal or financial services, as well as handwritten receipts, non-English language receipts, receipts from outside the UK or duplicate receipts are also not eligible and should not be submitted. Receipts must contain clear text and not be blurry, faded, or otherwise unreadable. Email receipts must contain the receipt in the body of the email and cannot include attachments. A “Not eligible” label will appear in the recent receipts list for any receipts that Amazon determine to be ineligible. Typically, receipts are reviewed for eligibility within 6 hours. What does "Reviewing" mean for recent receipts?

The Amazon Shopper Panel is still reviewing the receipt to determine if it is eligible. Typically, receipts are reviewed for eligibility within 6 hours.

What if my receipt was incorrectly marked as not eligible?

If you believe a receipt was incorrectly marked as not eligible, you can request a review. To request a review, first go to the specific receipt from either the recent receipts list or your receipt history. The “Request review” option is within the menu in the top right corner of the receipt’s details. Typically, receipts are reviewed for eligibility within 6 hours. What does "Upload failed" mean for recent receipts?

The internet connection may have disconnected while uploading. Select "Tap to retry" to upload again.

Can I download receipt images?

Yes. To download a receipt, first go to the specific receipt from either the recent receipts list or your receipt history. The Download option is within the menu in the top right corner of the receipt’s details. You can view your receipts on the Amazon Shopper Panel app for at least 12 months. Receipt images are retained for up to 13 months. Uploaded receipt images are not stored on your device by Amazon.

Can I delete receipts after I upload them?

Yes. To delete a receipt, first go to the specific receipt from either the recent receipts list or your receipt history. The delete option is within the menu in the top right corner of the receipt’s details. When you select this option, Amazon will delete the receipt image as well as all information extracted from the receipt. If you delete a receipt from the current month or before you receive your reward for that month, that receipt will not count towards your monthly reward. If you delete a receipt from a prior month after you have received your reward, it will not impact your earned reward from that month. You may also withdraw consent and delete personal information at any time by selecting "Delete your data and opt out” within the "More" tab's menu. If you proceed with that request, you will be removed from the Amazon Shopper Panel. You will still be able to redeem rewards earned in previous months, but you will be ineligible to receive any rewards earned during the current month. If you decide you would like to rejoin the Amazon Shopper Panel, you may be added to the waiting list as this program is available to a limited number of Amazon customers. If you have been added to the waiting list, we will notify you if a spot opens up.
