How do I earn rewards?

There are different ways to earn monthly rewards depending on your programme availability, which you can redeem for either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation:

When will I receive my rewards?

The Amazon Shopper Panel issues rewards to panelists once a month. You'll receive your reward within the first 48 hours of the following month. For example, you will receive any rewards earned in January by 2nd February. You will also receive an email from Amazon confirming the details of any reward you earned for the prior month.

How do I choose my reward?

You will be asked to choose a reward when you first log in to the Amazon Shopper Panel. Amazon Balance is the default selection. You can change your reward up until 11:59 PM UK time on the last day of the month. On the Rewards tab, tap Change Reward and then choose your reward type for the current month. Once the month ends, you can’t change the reward type for the previous month, but you are able to change it for current and future months. Your selection applies to rewards earned by uploading eligible receipts and by completing surveys. You can only choose one type of reward per month.

Which charitable organisations can I choose from?

You can choose from the following charitable organisations: Alzheimer’s Society, British Red Cross, Cancer Research UK, Marie Curie, Mencap, RSPCA, The Save the Children Fund. For more information on these organisations, go to the rewards details section on the home screen and tap Learn More next to each organisation.

How much of my donation goes to the selected charitable organisations?

If you choose a charitable donation as your monthly reward, Amazon donates 100% of your monthly reward amount to your selected organisation. We do not stipulate how those organisations may use those donations.
